Directions:

1.) Under "Demonstration/Evaluation Version" select either the Mac option (4.0) or the Windows option (4.0)

2.) Select the "Run" option (twice!!)

3.) Select the "Ok" option

4.) Select the "Unzip" option then "Ok"

5.) Allow a few seconds for gradebook to load

6.) Select the "Next" bottons and then "Finish"

7.) A text box will pop up, please just delete it "X" out of it

Now....a blue and white box should come up with the options to: Open an existing gradebook, Create a new gradebook, and other options.

8.) Select "Create a new gradebook"

9.) Give it a new file name...(Hint: Use your last name for the file name) and Save it!

What is an Electronic Gradebook?

An electronic gradebook is a device that allows teachers to input student grades, assignments and information, take attendance, and develop seating charts. Electronic gradebooks can also do a variety of other things depending on the particular program a teacher uses in his or her classroom. Ultimately, an electronic gradebook saves teachers a great amount of time because they do not have to physically calculate students’ grades. Furthermore, an electronic gradebook can store a large amount of different information in one place which makes a teacher’s life easier. 

Seating Charts!

 Easy grade pro isn't just for grades and attendance, you can use it to arrange you class seating.  It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1)  Create your class roster

2) Click on "Seating" tab from the  section tabs.

3) Click and drag the students names and arrange the class in the way you want!

You can also view the student's grades from this point, see attendance from previous school days as well as mark attendance.

Scoring and Assigments

This is the main usage for easy grade pro.  It records all of the assignments you make for the class and their scores.  It allows for quick grading, averaging, and includes personalized notes to keep you on track with all your students.
